Election Hustings

The Jewish Social Action Forum (JSAF) is made up of twenty organisations that span the spectrum of the community, including synagogue movements, major communal organisations and charities dedicated to social justice.

On Thursday 4th March 2010 at JHub the prospective parliamentary candidates standing in the Hampstead and Kilburn constituency attended a hustings event. It was an opportunity to raise concerns of the Jewish community with the candidates. JSAF produced an election manifesto which was presented to the candidates at the end of the evening – including sections on Fairtrade and Climate Change.
